TL;DR: 2,086 F(2) plants derived from Zhou 8425B/Chinese Spring were used for fine mapping of LrZH84 with expressed sequence tag (EST) and sequence-tagged site (STS) markers, which showed different reactions with some Puccinia triticina pathotypes.
