Nan Wang,Chunlai Xue,Fengshuo Wan,Yue Zhao,GY Xu,Zhi Liu,Jun Zheng,Yuhua Zuo,Buwen Cheng,Qiming Wang +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors reported the design and fabrication of a high-speed GeSn normal-incidence p-i-n photodetector for Si-based optical telecommunication in all telecommunication bands.
Superconducting and microstructural properties of two types of MgB/sub 2/ films prepared by pulsed laser deposition
TL;DR: In this paper, significant differences in superconducting and microstructural properties between two types of MgB/sub 2/ films prepared by pulsed laser deposition were determined.
Discovery of Novel Bromophenol–Thiosemicarbazone Hybrids as Potent Selective Inhibitors of Poly(ADP-ribose) Polymerase-1 (PARP-1) for Use in Cancer
Chuanlong Guo,Lijun Wang,Xiuxue Li,Shuai-Yu Wang,Xuemin Yu,Kuo Xu,Yue Zhao,Jiao Luo,Xiangqian Li,Bo Jiang,Dayong Shi +10 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that compound 11 may serve as a lead compound for the discovery of new anticancer drugs through multiple anticancer mechanisms, including the induction of apoptosis and cell cycle arrest, cellular accumulation of DNA double-strand breaks, DNA repair alterations, inhibition of H2O2-triggered PARylation, and antiproliferative effects via the production of cytotoxic reactive oxygen species.
Corrosion Engineering Approach to Rapidly Prepare Ni(Fe)OOH/Ni(Fe)Sx Nanosheets Array for Efficient Water Oxidation
TL;DR: In this article , the Ni-Fe composites catalyst is in-depth research due to high intrinsic activity in electrochemical water splitting applications, and Corrosion engineering is considered as an effective strategy to prepare large-scale Ni-fe composites.
Laser-induced surface structures at polymer surfaces irradiated by ns-UV-laser in water confinement and in air
Shengying Lai,Ye Liu,Li-Man Gong,Yue Zhao,Chao Zhang,Bing Han +5 more
TL;DR: Laser-induced ripple structures form on 700 nm photoresist films in water and air with ns-UV-laser, exhibiting nondirectional corrugated ripples, with minimal fluence of 11 mJ/cm2 in water and 5 mJ/cm2 in air, influenced by incubation effects and hydrodynamic instabilities.
