Classification of Coronavirus Spike Proteins by Deep-Learning-Based Raman Spectroscopy and its Interpretative Analysis
Wenbo Mo,Jiaxing Wen,Jinglin Huang,Yue Yang,Minjie Zhou,Shuang Ni,Wei Le,Lai Wei,Daojian Qi,Shaoyi Wang,Jingqin Su,Yuchi Wu,Weimin Zhou,Kai Du,Xuewu Wang,Zongqing Zhao +15 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a classification method of coronavirus spike proteins by Raman spectroscopy based on deep learning was implemented, and an interpretive analysis of the classification results of the neural network was performed, which indicated that the differences in spectral characteristics captured by the network were consistent with the experimental analysis.
Revisit of recombination processes of low-charge-state ion generation during picosecond intense laser–gas interaction
Yanqing Deng,Qi Zhang,Dongning Yue,Wenqing Wei,Lei Feng,Ye Cui,Yan-Yun Ma,Feng Liu,Yue Yang,Zheng Huang,Yuchi Wu,Weimin Zhou,Suming Weng,Min Chen,X.D. Yuan,Jie Zhang +15 more
TL;DR: The origin of [Formula: see text] ions in picosecond intense laser-gas interaction was experimentally and numerically investigated in this paper , where a nanosecond laser pulse was used to modulate the plasma condition, which helps to distinguish the origin of the helium ions with different charge states.

Enhanced Thomson scattering x-ray sources with flying focus laser pulse
Hansheng Ye,Yuqiu Gu,Quanping Fan,Xiao-Hui Zhang,Shaoyi Wang,Fang Tan,Jie Zhang,Yue Yang,Yonghong Yan,Jiaxing Wen,Yuchi Wu,Wei Lu,Wenhui Huang,Weimin Zhou +13 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a flying focus laser pulse was used to extend the interaction length and restrain nonlinear effects in the Thomson scattering of laser interacting with energetic electron beams, which achieved a 3 × 108 photons/keV peak spectrum brightness.

Virtual source approach for maximizing resolution in high-penetration gamma-ray imaging
Yuchi Wu,Shaoyi Wang,Bo Zhu,Yonghong Yan,Ming-hai Yu,Gang Li,Xiao-Hui Zhang,Yue Yang,Fang Tan,Bi Bi,Zongqin Zhao,Weimin Zhou +11 more
TL;DR: High-penetration gamma-ray imaging spatial resolution is limited by the size of the gamma-ray source. A virtual source approach is proposed to optimize the size of the gamma-ray source for maximizing spatial resolution. The virtual source approach achieves a spatial resolution of about 90 µm when the areal density of the penetrated object is 120 g/cm2.

An active dose-measuring device for X-rays generated by ultra-short, ultra-intense laser pulses
Feng Wang,Zhonghai Wang,Yuchi Wu,Shaoyi Wang,Yonghong Yan,Minghai Yu,Xiao-Hui Zhang,Jiaxing Wen,Fang Tan,Yue Yang,Jie Zhang,Ruhong Zhou,Chaowen Yang +12 more
TL;DR: In this article , a real-time pulsed X-ray radiation detector based on a CdWO4 crystal, a phototube, and a custom signal processing circuit was developed.
