- 17 Aug 2018
TL;DR: In this paper, a nano-assembly of a small-molecule prodrug called decanoate-cytarabine (DA-Ara) is presented. And the results of an in-vitro cytotoxicity experiment indicate that the prodrug shows high sensitivity to human chronic cell leukemia cells K562, and can quickly take effect in inhibiting cells, the effect is persistent and toxicity is higher.
