Nonparametric modeling and vibration analysis of uncertain Jeffcott rotor with disc offset
TL;DR: In this article, the effects of the dispersion parameters and the external bounded noise excitation on the vibrational characteristics of the system, such as the critical speed and the vibration amplitude, are investigated.

Nonparametric modeling on random uncertainty and reliability analysis of a dual-span rotor
TL;DR: In this paper, the reliability of a dual-span rotor with random uncertainty is estimated by using nonparametric modeling on random uncertainty and a statistical index Z*-value based on short-term predictability.

Noisy chaos in a quasi-integrable hamiltonian system with two dof under harmonic and bounded noise excitations
TL;DR: It is shown that the threshold of the onset of chaos can be adjusted by changing the deterministic intensity of bounded noise, and one can find the range of the parameter related to the bandwidth of the bounded noise excitation where the chaotic motion can arise more readily by investigating the changes of the threshold region.
