LncRNA PTAR promotes EMT and invasion-metastasis in serous ovarian cancer by competitively binding miR-101-3p to regulate ZEB1 expression
Haihai Liang,Haihai Liang,Tong Yu,Tong Yu,Yue Han,Hua Jiang,Hua Jiang,Chengyu Wang,Tianyi You,Xiaoguang Zhao,Xiaoguang Zhao,Huitong Shan,Huitong Shan,Rui Yang,Rui Yang,Lida Yang,Lida Yang,Hongli Shan,Hongli Shan,Yunyan Gu +19 more
TL;DR: A role for the PTAR-miR-101-ZEB1 axis in OvCa is highlighted, which offers novel strategies for the prevention of metastasis in Ov Ca.
Identification of driver copy number alterations in diverse cancer types and application in drug repositioning
Wenbin Zhou,Zhangxiang Zhao,Ruiping Wang,Yue Han,Chengyu Wang,Fan Yang,Ya Han,Haihai Liang,Lishuang Qi,Chenguang Wang,Zheng Guo,Zheng Guo,Yunyan Gu +12 more
TL;DR: A new method is reported to comprehensively identify drivers in SCNAs across diverse cancer types, providing a feasible strategy for cancer drug repositioning as well as novel findings regarding cancer‐associated non‐coding RNA discovery.

Link synthetic lethality to drug sensitivity of cancer cells.
Ruiping Wang,Yue Han,Zhangxiang Zhao,Fan Yang,Tingting Chen,Wenbin Zhou,Xianlong Wang,Lishuang Qi,Wenyuan Zhao,Zheng Guo,Yunyan Gu +10 more
TL;DR: Three synthetic lethal interactions showed significantly better prognosis for the patients with both genes being altered than the Patients with only one gene being altered, which partially supports the SL effect between the gene pairs.
Genetic Interaction-Based Biomarkers Identification for Drug Resistance and Sensitivity in Cancer Cells
Yue Han,Chengyu Wang,Qi Dong,Tingting Chen,Fan Yang,Yaoyao Liu,Bo Chen,Zhangxiang Zhao,Lishuang Qi,Wenyuan Zhao,Haihai Liang,Zheng Guo,Zheng Guo,Yunyan Gu +13 more
TL;DR: An algorithm that mines copy number alteration and whole-exome mutation profiles from The Cancer Genome Atlas, as well as functional screen data generated to identify potential genetic interactions for specific cancer types, revealed that SV interactions induced drug resistance in cancer cells and that SL interactions mediated drug sensitivity incancer cells.
EMT-Regulome: a database for EMT-related regulatory interactions, motifs and network.
Zhangxiang Zhao,Wenbin Zhou,Yue Han,Fuduan Peng,Ruiping Wang,Ruihan Yu,Chengyu Wang,Haihai Liang,Zheng Guo,Zheng Guo,Yunyan Gu +10 more
TL;DR: The EMT-Regulome database was applied to identify potential activated EMT motifs in the mesenchymal subtype of ovarian cancer by employing expression profiles from The Cancer Genome Atlas and measuring whether two RNA components significantly shared miRNAs.
