TL;DR: In this article, an abnormity judgment method based on a GOOSE dual-network receiving mechanism is proposed, which comprises the steps: 1, processing GOOSE abnormal messages, carrying out independent statistics through abnormal judgment of StNum and SqNum of the GOOSE messages in each network to select correctGOOSE messages, and if the two networks are abnormal at the same time, considering to carry out side restart or network frame loss, and receiving message updating data.
