Jun Li,Qi Han,Yan Huang,Yanhui Wei,Jie Zi,Li-Dong Zhao,Zhimei Cai,Xuzhang Lu,Rong Xiao,Yanming Zhang,Xiao Yang,Hao Xu,Naitong Sun,Wanchuan Zhuang,Zhengdong Wu,Yuan chen Xia,Yanli Xu,Bin He,Wei Zhu,Fengling Min,Yongchun Chen,Banghe Ding,Pei Shi,Jing Xie,Hua Tang,Zefa Liu,Bingzong Li,Yu Sun,Hongxia Qiu,Limin Duan,Elanora Dovat,Chunhua Song,Laszlo Szekely,Sinisa Dovat,Zheng Ge +34 more
TL;DR: It is reported that HHT in combination with cytarabine, aclarubicin/daunorubi- cin (HAA/HDA) achieved a higher CR than the standard “ 3 + 7 ” regimen (DA) in treating de novo AML.
EZH2 inhibitor DZNep blocks cell proliferation of GCB-DLBCL cells by upregulating p16
TL;DR: The results showed that DZNep arrested G1/S phase of GCB-DLBCL cells and inhibited the cell proliferation in vitro through upregulation of p16 by demethylating its promoter, suggesting that DzNep may have potential as a novel therapeutic agent for DFLBL therapy.

High Efficacy of Azacitidine Plus Hag in Acute Myeloid Leukemia: A Multi-Center, Phase 2 Clinical Trial
Jun Ding Li,Qi Han,Yan Huang,Yanhui Wei,Jie Zi,Li-Dong Zhao,Zhimei Cai,Xuzhang Lu,Rong Xiao,Yanming Zhang,Xiao Yang,Hao Xu,Naitong Sun,Wanchuan Zhuang,Zhengdong Wu,Yuan chen Xia,Yanli Xu,Bin He,Wei Zhu,Fengling Min,Yongchun Chen,Banghe Ding,Pei Shi,Jing Xie,Hua Tang,Zefa Liu,Bingzong Li,Yu Sun,Hongxia Qiu,Limin Duan,Chunhua Song,Zheng Ge +31 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors evaluated the efficacy and safety of adding Aza to the HAG regimen for acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in a multi-center, single arm, phase 2 clinical trial.
[Bone Marrow Adipocytes Promote the Survival of Multiple Myeloma Cells and Up-Regulate Their Chemoresistance].
TL;DR: In this article , the authors investigated the effect of adipocytes in the bone marrow microenvironment of patients with multiple myeloma (MM) on the pathogenesis of MM, and they found that increased BMA and related cytokines effectively promoted the proliferation, migration and drug resistance of MM cells.
CMSS1::FLT1 rearrangement leads to ligand-independent activation of FLT1 signaling in acute myeloid leukemia.
Liying Zhang,Xiaoshan Yang,Xueping Ge,Bingzong Li,Hong Zhang,Jun Li,Lingfeng Liu,Xiaojun Chen,Wentao Hu,Yu Sun,Sheng Xiao +10 more
TL;DR: A novel CMSS1::FLT1 gene fusion in acute myeloid leukemia leads to ligand-independent activation of FLT1 signaling, promoting cell proliferation and sensitivity to FLT1 kinase inhibitor Axitinib, highlighting a potential therapeutic target for this rare cancer subtype.
