The measuring device is formed by a control panel, a stepper motor driver, a chassis, a linear guideway device, a connecting plate, a microspur laser ranging sensor, a reflective photoelectric switch, a ball screw device, a stepper motor, an encoder, a synchronous belt and an upper frame. The measuring device is characterized in that the ball screw device and the linear guideway device are correspondingly arranged on the chassis and the upper frame; the ball screw device is connected to the left end of the connecting plate; the linear guideway device is connected to the right end of the connecting plate; the microspur laser ranging sensor and the reflective photoelectric switch are arranged in the middle section of the connecting plate; the stepper motor is arranged in the center of the upper frame; the synchronous belt is connected onto a ball screw and the stepper motor; and the stepper motor driver is fixed onto the back face of the control panel. The measuring device provided by the invention has the beneficial effect that the device can be used for measuring the deformation amount of the end milling cutter during the spiral hole-milling process.

The spindle control system includes a distance sensor and a temperature sensor, each to be mounted on the overarm and to be disposed proximate to the end portion of the spindle. The spindle control system further includes a central control unit for determining a compensation parameter based on the displacement sensed by the distance sensor and the temperature sensed by the temperature sensor, and for controlling movement of the overarm by the first motor through a compensation distance based on the compensation parameter to compensate for at least one of the cutter deformation and the spindle deformation.
