TL;DR: In this article, an optical detection device for defects of coated glass film is presented, wherein one side of a detected sample is made into a 45-degree lead angle; the light transmitted by a laser light source is expanded by an expander lens and then parallelly comes in from the side surface of the detected sample; and the light is subjected to total internal reflection in a glass air interface and a film-air interface.
