Protein Kinase Serine/Threonine Kinase 24 Positively Regulates Interleukin 17-Induced Inflammation by Promoting IKK Complex Activation.
TL;DR: Serine/threonine kinase 24 (Stk24) plays an important role in controlling IL-17-triggered inflammation and autoimmune diseases and provides new insight into the therapeutic targets of IL- 17-mediated inflammatory disease.
Type I interferon/STAT1 signaling regulates UBE2M-mediated antiviral innate immunity in a negative feedback manner.
Xiang Bo Kong,Xinliang Lu,Shibo Wang,Jiayue Hao,Danfeng Guo,Hao Wu,Yu Jiang,Yi Sun,Jianli Wang,Gensheng Zhang,Zhijian Cai +10 more
TL;DR: In this article , a negative feedback loop of IFN-I signaling was revealed and a reagent was developed to improve innate immunity against RNA viruses. But, the mechanism for IFNI signaling self-regulation is still largely unknown.

Protein Kinase STK24 Promotes Tumor Immune Evasion via the AKT-PD-L1 Axis.
Ning Wang,Yu Jiang,Mengjie Li,Haofei Wang,Jie Pan,Yang Tang,Yunyang Xu,Xu Li,Xuefei Zhou,Pinglong Xu,Wenlong Lin,Xiaojian Wang +11 more
TL;DR: STK24 is identified as a critical modulator of antitumor immunity, which engages in AKT and PD-L1/PD-1 signaling and is a promising target for combined immunotherapy.

E3 ubiquitin ligase NEDD4L negatively regulates inflammation by promoting ubiquitination of MEKK2
Hui Li,Ning Wang,Yu Jiang,Haofei Wang,Zengfeng Xin,Huazhang An,Hao Pan,Wangqian Ma,Ming Zhang,Xiaojian Wang,Wenlong Lin +10 more
TL;DR: Neural precursor cells expressed developmentally down-regulated gene 4-like (NEDD4L), a HECT type E3 ligase, is identified as a common negative regulator of signaling induced by TNF-α, IL-1, and IL-17, and these data suggest that NEDD 4L acts as an inhibitor of IL- 17R signaling, which ameliorates the pathogenesis ofIL-17-mediated autoimmune diseases.
RKIP mediates autoimmune inflammation by positively regulating IL-17R signaling.
Wenlong Lin,Ning Wang,Kangxing Zhou,Fasheng Su,Yu Jiang,Jia’nan Shou,Huan Liu,Chunmei Ma,Youchun Qian,Kai Wang,Xiaojian Wang +10 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that Raf‐1 kinase inhibitor protein (RKIP) deficiency in mice ameliorates the symptoms of experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) and indicates that RKIP functions as an essential modulator of the IL‐17R‐Act1 axis in IL-17R signaling, which promotes IL‐ 17‐induced inflammation and autoimmune neuroinflammation.
