Study of hydrate nucleation and growth by micro-nanobubbles: Probing the hydrate memory effect
Yu Feng,Yuze Han,Peng Gao,Yangmin Kuang,Lei Yang,Jiafei Zhao,Yongchen Song +6 more
TL;DR: Researchers discovered that micro-nanobubbles in dissociated water significantly facilitate gas hydrate nucleation and growth, shortening induction time by 27.48% and increasing nucleation probability by 50%, with implications for hydrate-based energy storage technology.

Formation and dissociation of CO2 hydrates in porous media in the presence of clay suspensions
TL;DR: In this article , the phase transition performance of CO2 hydrates with or without montmorillonite and illite particles using low-field nuclear magnetic resonance was investigated, and it was found that water in large pores was preferentially consumed during hydrate formation, with clay particles significantly promoting the conversion of water into hydrate.

First-principles study of CO gas adsorption on pristine and Fe-doped H4,4,4-graphyne
TL;DR: In this paper , first-principles calculations are used to systematically investigate the adsorption performance of pristine H4,4, 4-graphyne and Fe-doped H4 4, 4 4-4-4graphyne for CO.

Evolution process and stabilization mechanism of different gas nanobubbles based on improved statistical analysis
TL;DR: In this article , a facile and reliable approach to generate different gas NBs using a porous ceramic membrane is reported, and an improved method of statistical analysis to predict NB size distribution is proposed.
