Relation between quantity and quality of peri-coronary epicardial adipose tissue and its underlying hemodynamically significant coronary stenosis.
Yu Du,Lin Yang,Yan Liu,Bangguo Yang,Sai Lv,Chenping Hu,Yong Zhu,Hongkai Zhang,Qian Ma,Zhijian Wang,Yuyang Liu,Dongmei Shi,Yingxin Zhao,Lei Xu,Yujie Zhou +14 more
TL;DR: Peri-lesion EAT volume index, not the density, was positively correlated with lesion-specific ischemia independent of luminal stenosis and plaque characteristics, and there was no association of EATvolume or density with myocardial ischemie in vessel-level analysis.
Significant association between admission serum monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 and early changes in myocardial function in patients with first ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction after primary percutaneous coronary intervention.
TL;DR: Serum MCP-1 levels increased gradually over time during the first 72 h after the onset of STEMI, and was associated inversely with early improvements in myocardial function in patients with firstSTEMI, speculated that suppression the expression of M CP-1 via various ways may be a promising therapeutic target inMyocardial I/R injury in the future.
Deferral Versus Performance of Revascularization for Coronary Stenosis With Grey Zone Fractional Flow Reserve Values: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis.
Yu Du,Yan Liu,Gaojun Cai,Gaojun Cai,Bangguo Yang,Yujing Cheng,Jinxing Liu,Wei Liu,Xiaoli Liu,Zhiming Zhou,Yingxin Zhao,Yujie Zhou +11 more
TL;DR: It was demonstrated that revascularization appeared to be superior to deferral for patients with grey zone FFR in MACE and TVR, while hard end points did not show such significance.

Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation in Sievers Type 0 vs. Type 1 Bicuspid Aortic Valve Morphology: Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis.
Yu Du,Zhijian Wang,Wei Liu,Yonghe Guo,Wei Han,Hua Shen,Shuo Jia,Yi Yu,Kangning Han,Dongmei Shi,Yingxin Zhao,Yujie Zhou +11 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors compared procedural and 30-day outcomes after TAVI between type 0 and type 1 BAV, and found that the patients with type 0 BAV had a similar incidence of procedural death (OR = 2.6, 95% CI 0.7-10.7) and increased coronary compromise risk.

Elevated Glycated Albumin in Serum Is Associated with Adverse Cardiac Outcomes in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome Who Underwent Revascularization Therapy.
TL;DR: In this article, the associations between increased glycated albumin (GA) in the serum and diabetic complications and mortality have been revealed in the general population, however, less is known regarding the prognostic value of GA in patients diagnosed with acute coronary syndrome (ACS).
