TL;DR: In this article, a wind power elimination method for improving peak regulation space through adoption of an energy storage system is presented, where the minimum total cost of the association system and the maximization of the wind power on-grid energy are taken as multiple targets, and a multi-target SA-PSO algorithm base on Pareto optimization is utilized to solve the optimization scheduling scheme of association system.
