TL;DR: In this article , the authors present a new modeling protocol and a 10-member ensemble of simulations using one of the most comprehensive Earth system models, aimed at simulating a plausible deployment of stratospheric aerosol injection and reproducibility of simulations with other Earth systems models to enable community assessment of responses of the Earth system to solar climate intervention.
