Characterization of single crystal β-Ga2O3 films grown on SrTiO3 (100) substrates by MOCVD
TL;DR: In this paper, a single-crystalline Ga2O3 film with stoichiometric ratio was shown to have the best crystalline quality in the visible range of more than 70%.

Fabrication and characterization of ultraviolet detector based on epitaxial Ta-doped Zn2SnO4 films
TL;DR: In this paper, the structure, surface morphology, optical and electrical properties of the Zn2SnO4-based detectors were systematically studied, and the results showed that the 3% Ta-doped films exhibited the best detection performance with high photoresponsivity in wavelength range of 200-280nm.

Effects of porosity on the structural and optoelectronic properties of Er-doped Ga2O3 epitaxial films on etched epi-GaN/sapphire substrates
Xiaokun Yang,Xuejian Du,Jie Liu,Rongrong Chen,Di Wang,Yong Le,Hongyan Zhu,Bo Feng,Jin Ma,Hongdi Xiao +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the nanoporous GaN wafers were used as substrates to deposit Er-doped Ga2O3 epitaxial films by pulsed layer deposition (PLD).

Synthesis and characterization of single-crystalline δ-Ta2O5 epitaxial films on Y-stabilized ZrO2 (111) substrates
TL;DR: In this paper, a single-crystalline hexagonal tantalum pentoxide (Ta2O5) epitaxial film was successfully prepared on Y-stabilized ZrO2 (YSZ) (111) substrates by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition.
