Development a hydrazide-functionalized thermosensitive polymer based homogeneous system for highly efficient N-glycoprotein/glycopeptide enrichment from human plasma exosome.
Haihong Bai,Yiting Pan,Lu Qi,Long Liu,Xinyuan Zhao,Hangyan Dong,Xiaoqiang Cheng,Weijie Qin,Xinghe Wang +8 more
TL;DR: A hydrazide functionalized thermosensitive polymer is developed for efficient enrichment and in-depth identification of protein N-glycosylation in human plasma exosome by mass spectrometry and found 26 N- Glycoproteins significantly changed between the glioma patients and the healthy subjects, demonstrating the potential of this new strategy for N- glycoproteome research of plasma exOSome and biomarker discovery.

Modified enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay strategy using graphene oxide sheets and gold nanoparticles functionalized with different antibody types.
Hongjun Lin,Ying-fu Liu,Jing-rui Huo,Aihong Zhang,Yiting Pan,Haihong Bai,Zhang Jiao,Tian Fang,Xin Wang,Yun Cai,Qingming Wang,Yangjun Zhang,Xiaohong Qian +12 more
TL;DR: This result suggests that the 3G-ELISA method is feasible to detect an antigen in a complex mixture, and the LOD is up to 64-fold and the cost is as low as one-tenth of the conventional ELISA method.

A pH-responsive soluble polymer-based homogeneous system for fast and highly efficient N-glycoprotein/glycopeptide enrichment and identification by mass spectrometry
Haihong Bai,Haihong Bai,Chao Fan,Wanjun Zhang,Yiting Pan,Yiting Pan,Lin Ma,Wantao Ying,Jianhua Wang,Yulin Deng,Xiaohong Qian,Weijie Qin +11 more
TL;DR: A homogeneous reaction system was developed for facile and highly efficient enrichment of biomolecules by exploiting the reversible self-assembly of a stimuli-responsive polymer.
Dual Matrix-Based Immobilized Trypsin for Complementary Proteolytic Digestion and Fast Proteomics Analysis with Higher Protein Sequence Coverage
Chao Fan,Zhaomei Shi,Zhaomei Shi,Yiting Pan,Zifeng Song,Wanjun Zhang,Xinyuan Zhao,Fang Tian,Bo Peng,Weijie Qin,Yun Cai,Xiaohong Qian +11 more
TL;DR: The dual matrix-based complementary digestion shows particular advantage in the digestion of membrane proteins, as twice the number of identified peptides is obtained compared with solution digestion using free proteases, demonstrating its potential as a promising alternative to promote proteomics analysis with higher protein sequence coverage.

Brush polymer modified and lectin immobilized core–shell microparticle for highly efficient glycoprotein/glycopeptide enrichment
TL;DR: Successful enrichment which facilitated glycoprotein/glycopeptide identification is demonstrated and core-shell microparticles composed of silica core and brush-like polymer chains shell for improved lectin immobilization are proposed.
