Cell atlas of CCl4-induced progressive liver fibrosis reveals stage-specific responses
Pengcheng Guo,Jing Zuo,Keke Huang,Guang-Shun Lai,Xiao Yue Zhang,Juan An,Jin-xue Li,Li Li,Liang Wu,Yiting Lin,Dongye Wang,Jiangshan Xu,Shijie Hao,Yan Wang,R. Li,Wen Ma,Yumo Song,Changpin Li,Chuanyu Liu,Zhen Dai,Yan Xu,Amar Deep Sharma,Michael Ott,Qing Ouyang,F Huo,Rong Fan,Yongyin Li,Jinlin Hou,Giacomo Volpe,Longqi Liu,Miguel A. Esteban,Yiwei Lai +31 more
TL;DR: In this article , a single-nucleus transcriptomic atlas encompassing 49,919 nuclei corresponding to all main liver cell types at different stages of murine carbon tetrachloride (CCl4)-induced progressive liver fibrosis was generated.

Circulating inflammatory cytokines and female reproductive diseases: a Mendelian randomization analysis.
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors explored whether genetically determined circulating levels of cytokines are causally associated with female reproductive diseases and discover potential novel drug targets for these diseases, and found that high levels of macrophage colony-stimulating factor (MCSF), growthregulated oncogene-alpha (GROα), and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 were associated with increased risks of endometriosis, female infertility, and pre-eclampsia, respectively.

IL-22 promotes occludin expression by activating autophagy and treats ulcerative colitis.
Hui Nong,Haifeng Yuan,Yiting Lin,Siyu Chen,Z. Luo,Wen-xuan Yang,Tao Zhang,Yuan-zheng Chen +7 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that IL-22 ameliorates DSS-induced ulcerative colitis, which may be attributable to activating autophagy and then promoting occludin expression.

Microarray-based analysis of the gene expression profile in GC-1 spg cells transfected with spermatogenesis associated gene 12
TL;DR: The unique differentiation mechanisms of spermatogenesis suggest the existence of cell type- and stage-specific molecules, and a microarray-based approach was used to identify changes in the gene expression profile in mouse GC-1 spg germ cells transfected with SPATA12.
SPATA12 and Its Possible Role in DNA Damage Induced by Ultraviolet-C
TL;DR: It was demonstrated that SPATA12 might lead to inhibition of cellular proliferation in UV-C-irradiated DNA damage and an AP-1 binding site in theSPATA12 promoter may have a role in transcriptional regulation of SPATA 12.
