Upregulated NTF4 in colorectal cancer promotes tumor development via regulating autophagy.
TL;DR: It is suggested that NTF4 may be a diagnostic marker associated with the overall survival and progression of patients with CRC, which was found to promote tumorigenesis and CRC development through autophagy regulation.
Physiologically Based Pharmacokinetic Modeling to Understand the Absorption of Risperidone Orodispersible Film

TL;DR: The main absorption route for ris peridone ODF was the gastrointestine and the absorption percentage via oral mucosa was almost negligible due to the physicochemical properties of risperidone although ODF dissolved completely in the oral cavity of Beagle dogs within 2 min.
Upregulation of interleukin‑17F in colorectal cancer promotes tumor invasion by inducing epithelial‑mesenchymal transition.
TL;DR: IL‑17F was significantly overexpressed in tumor mucosa compared with that in the paired non‑tumor mucosa and overall survival and relapse‑free survival time and its role as an oncogene in colorectal cancer was explored.
Analysis of risk factors for colon cancer progression
TL;DR: Pregnancy specific glycoprotein (PSG), vitamin digestion, and absorption were confirmed to promote the progression of colon cancer and NTF4 was found to be associated with both OS and each subset of TNM; therefore, defined as a key risk factor for colon cancer progression.
Evaluation of the Impacts of Formulation Parameters on the Pharmacokinetics and Bioequivalence of Risperidone Orodispersible Film: a Physiologically Based Pharmacokinetic Modeling Approach
Fang Chen,Hongrui Liu,Bing Wang,Zhou Yang,Yusheng Chen,Liuliu Yang,Zheng Jiao,Hai-Shu Lin,Yingjun Quan,Hao Wang,Xiaoqiang Xiang +10 more
TL;DR: The in vitro cumulative dissolution percentage in water at 15 min was found to be the major determinant on the in vivo properties of risperidone ODF.
