Supramolecular complexes: lamellar structure and crystalline transformation
TL;DR: In this article, a model was proposed for the construction mode of the side alkyl chains associated with polyethyleneimine backbone (amorphous region) for the x=1 complex.
Ti/Co-S catalyst covered amorphous Si-based photocathodes with high photovoltage for the HER in non-acid environments
Qixing Zhang,Tiantian Li,Tiantian Li,Jingshan Luo,Bofei Liu,Junhui Liang,Ning Wang,Xiangbin Kong,Baozhang Li,Changchun Wei,Ying Zhao,Xiaodan Zhang +11 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a photo-absorber was used for depositing a titanium (Ti)/cobalt-sulfide (Co-S) catalyst on amorphous silicon/amorphous silicon tandem solar cells, achieving a high photocurrent onset potential of 1.78 V vs. reversible hydrogen electrode (RHE) in alkaline and neutral electrolyte.
Blocking osteopontin expression attenuates neuroinflammation and mitigates LPS-induced depressive-like behavior in mice.
Tingting Li,Lin Yuan,Ying Zhao,Zige Jiang,Chengcheng Gai,Danqing Xin,Hongfei Ke,Xiaofan Guo,Wenqiang Chen,Cyrus S.H. Ho,Dexiang Liu,Zhen Wang +11 more
TL;DR: In this article , a key role of OPN in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced depressive-like behavioral syndrome was demonstrated, which indicated that targeting OPN expression in microglia/macrophage might help to rescue LPS-induced depressivelike behavior.
Programmable selectivity of metal-imine bond coordination in subcomponent self-assembly of a primary amine based block copolymer
TL;DR: In this article, the programmable selectivity of intra-/inter-chain coordination in the subcomponent self-assembly of a primary amine-based block copolymer was described, and the results demonstrated that the coordinated HMBA was much more reactive than the free HMBA, which promoted the collapse and hydrophobic association of polymer chains and thus brought about the autocatalysis of imine formation inside the collapsed hot spots.
Examining the absorption of post-internship medical officers into the public sector at county-level in devolved Kenya: a qualitative case study
Ying Zhao,Daniel Mbuthia,Joshua Munywoki,David Gathara,Catia Nicodemo,Jacinta Nzinga,Mike English +6 more
TL;DR: It is found that Kenya has a large mismatch between supply and demand for MOs, which is leading to unemployment, underemployment and migration of post-internship MOs with further impacts on MOs’ wages and contract conditions, especially in the private sector.
