Zbtb1 Safeguards Genome Integrity and Prevents p53-Mediated Apoptosis in Proliferating Lymphoid Progenitors
TL;DR: It is indicated that Zbtb1 prevents DNA damage in replicating immune progenitors, allowing the generation of B cells, T cells, and myeloid cells.

Reciprocal suppression between Zbtb1 expression and IL‐7Rα signalling during T‐cell development
Xin Cao,Xiao-xia Ma,Jiang-Long Du,Yan Zeng,Xianyu Zhang,Ying Lu,Yu-Jia Xue,Peng Ma,Qiu-yan Chang,Lin-jie Li,Xue-Yan Zhou,Kui-Zheng Cai,Damian Kovalovsky,Zhongren Ma +13 more
TL;DR: The results suggest that the transcription of Zbtb1 can be negatively regulated by IL-7Ra signalling during T-cell development in vitro and in vivo, and also suggest the need to further investigate the mechanisms by which these proteins promote lymphoid development.

PLZF play as an indirect facilitator of thymic retention for the innate-like T-cells to aquire innate-like functions
Xin Cao,Xiao-xia Ma,Xiao-xia Ma,Yu-jia Xue,Yu-jia Xue,Yan Zeng,Xianyu Zhang,Ying Lu,Jiang-Long Du,Jiang-Long Du,Peng Ma,Peng Ma,Qiu-yan Chang,Qiu-yan Chang,Lin-jie Li,Lin-jie Li,Xue-yan Zhou,Xue-yan Zhou,Kui-Zheng Cai,Kui-Zheng Cai,Damian Kovalovsky,Zhongren Ma,Zhongren Ma +22 more
TL;DR: Evaluating the regulation of PLZF expression during T-cell development by reporter mice showed that contrarily to adult mice, PLZf expression was abundant in fetal thymocytes at every developmental stage, and if fetal HSC may be biased to differentiate towards innate-like iNKT and γδNKT cells as compared to adult HSCs.
PLZF Controls the Development of Fetal-Derived IL-17+Vγ6+ γδ T Cells
TL;DR: It is identified that PLZF function is not restricted to NKT or IL-4+ T cells, but it also controls the development of IL-17+ γδ T cells.
