TL;DR: In this paper, a resource downloading method, device and system on the basis of Web application is described, which comprises the steps that any one frame request was received, the frame request is sent to a Web server, a frame module was obtained after the Web server determines the frame module according to frame identification, the Frame module comprises a common resource bundle, a service function interface and a server communication module, and the common resource bundles comprises common resources of various service function resource bundles.
