Pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ) protects mitochondrial function of HEI-OC1 cells under premature senescence
TL;DR: In this paper , the effects of pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ), an oxidoreductase cofactor, on the H2O2-induced premature senescence model in HEI-OC1 auditory cells and elucidate its mechanism of action in vitro.

[Long-term effects of memantine therapy on neonatal rats with hypoxic-ischemic brain damage].
TL;DR: Administering memantine immediately after HI can markedly increase the abilities of spatial discrimination, learning and memory and improve the long-term prognosis in rats with HI brain damage.

Beneficial effects of time‐restricted feeding on gentamicin cytotoxicity in mouse cochlea and vestibular organs
TL;DR: Time restricted feeding, which is an intermittent fasting protocol, has been reported to decrease the toxicity and mortality rate associated with systemic gentamicin administration, and vestibular and auditory function in mice is evaluated.
