An armed oncolytic virus enhances the efficacy of tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte therapy by converting tumors to artificial antigen presenting cells in situ.
Kai-wen Ye,Fan Li,Ruikun Wang,Tianyi Cen,Shiyu Liu,Ruonan Li,Lili Xu,Guanmeng Zhang,Zhaoyu Xu,Li Deng,Lili Li,Alexey Stepanov,Ya-Juan Wan,Yu Guo,Yuanke Li,Yuan Wang,Yujie Tian,Alexander G. Gabibov,Yimin Yan,Hongkai Zhang +19 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors transformed tumor cells into artificial antigen-presenting cells (aAPCs) by infecting them with a HSV-1-based oncolytic virus encoding OX40L and IL12 (OV-OX40L/IL12) to provide local signals for optimum T cell activation.

Chromosomal Mapping of the Human M6 Genes
Shari Olinsky,B.T. Loop,A. DeKosky,Benedetta Ripepi,Weili Weng,James H. Cummins,S.L. Wenger,Yimin Yan,Carl F. Lagenaur,Vinodh Narayanan +9 more
TL;DR: A number of human neurological disorders have been mapped to the Xp22 region, including Aicardi syndrome, Rett syndrome, X-linked Charcot-Marie-Tooth neuropathy, and X- linked mental retardation syndromes, raising the possibility that a defect in the M6b gene is responsible for one of these neurological disorders.

Endothelial ACKR3 drives atherosclerosis by promoting immune cell adhesion to vascular endothelium
Selin Gencer,Yvonne Döring,Yvonne Jansen,S. Bayasgalan,Yimin Yan,Mariaelvy Bianchini,Ismail Çimen,Madeleine Müller,Linsey J. F. Peters,Remco T. A. Megens,Philipp von Hundelshausen,Johan Duchene,Patricia Lemnitzer,Oliver Soehnlein,Christian Weber,Emiel P. C. van der Vorst +15 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the role of arterial ACKR3 in atherosclerosis using western diet-fed Apoe-/- mice lacking Ackr3 in arterial endothelial as well as smooth muscle cells was investigated.
Cornuside Is a Potential Agent against Alzheimer’s Disease via Orchestration of Reactive Astrocytes
Junzhuo Shi,Xiao-ming Zheng,Yunfeng Zhou,Luan Yun,Dong Luo,Jiao-Jiao Hao,Peng-fei Liu,Wei-Ku Zhang,Jie-Kun Xu,Yimin Yan,Xinmei Xie,Xiaobin Pang +11 more
TL;DR: Cornuside may regulate the phenotypic conversion of astrocytes, inhibit neuroinflammation and oxidative stress, improve synaptic plasticity, and alleviate cognitive impairment in mice through the AKT/Nrf2/NF-κB axis.
Exploring the Extraction Methods of Phenolic Compounds in Daylily (Hemerocallis citrina Baroni) and Its Antioxidant Activity
TL;DR: In this article , four extraction methods, ultrasonic assisted water extraction (UW), ultrasonic-assisted ethanol extraction (UE), enzymatic-assisted water extraction, and enzyme assisted ethanol extraction, were applied to extract phenolic compounds from daylily.
