Apoptosis of Platelets Inhibited By Herba Sarcandrae Extract through the Mitochondria Pathway
TL;DR: It is suggested that the total flavonoids of Herba Sarcandrae may inhibit the excessive platelet apoptosis through mitochondrial pathway and activation of platelets may be also involved in mediating apoptotic markers such as Bax, Bad, Bid, and Caspase-9.

Effect of Yi Gong San Decoction on Iron Homeostasis in a Mouse Model of Acute Inflammation
Qin Zheng,Guan Yu,Lemin Xia,Zhicheng Wang,Yiling Jiang,Xiaofeng Zhang,Jianying Wang,Guo-hua Wang,Yiqiong Pu,Jing Xia,Meihong Luo +10 more
TL;DR: The findings suggest that YGS regulates iron homeostasis by downregulating the level of HAMP mRNA, which may depend on regulation of the IL-6/STAT3 or BMP/HJV/SMAD pathway during acute inflammation.
[Mechanism of Mitochondria-mediated Pathway in the Platelet Apoptosis Resulted from Immune Bone Marrow Failure].
Lemin Xia,Qin Zhen,Aiping Zhang,Yiling Jiang,Le-Le Cui,Meihong Luo +5 more
- 01 Feb 2017
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors explore the mechamisms of mitochondria-mediated pathway in apoptosis of platelets resulted from in immune induced bone marrow failure, and establish a mouse model of immunebone marrow failure.

Case Report: Anesthesia for Cesarean Section in Parturients With Chronic Renal Failure Requiring Hemodialysis: Case Reports and Literature Review
TL;DR: To help develop reasonable anesthetic methods and management objectives for patients with chronic kidney disease stage V undergoing maintenance hemodialysis, this work described its anesthetic management and performed a literature search on published cases of cesarean section with chronic renal failure undergoing he modialysis.
Integrated traditional Chinese and conventional medicine in the treatment of anemia due to lower-risk myelodysplastic syndrome: study protocol for a randomized placebo-controlled trial.
Qin Zheng,Haitao Xu,Luxi Song,Zeying Yan,Manqin Sun,Xia Peng,Yiling Jiang,Ling Shi,Aiping Zhang,Zhihao Wu,Jiahui Lu,Meihong Luo +11 more
TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper evaluated the therapeutic efficacy of conventional medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine (YGS) in the treatment of lower-risk myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS).
