Vitrification of mouse oocytes using closed pulled straws (CPS) achieves a high survival and preserves good patterns of meiotic spindles, compared with conventional straws, open pulled straws (OPS) and grids
TL;DR: Oocytes vitrified using CPS, OPS or grids could lessen spindle injuries and expedite recuperation, and CPS has the advantages of achieving a high survival and preserving good spindles.
Observational clinical follow-up of oocyte cryopreservation using a slow-freezing method with 1,2-propanediol plus sucrose followed by ICSI
TL;DR: This protocol achieved reproducible success of survival, fertilization and pregnancy for freezing and thawing of human oocytes, suggesting the 3 h post-thaw incubation could permit restoration of the meiotic spindles, thus facilitating normal fertilization.

TL;DR: The data available to date support that women with endometriosis might be at risk of some chronic illnesses and certain malignancies, although the evidence for some comorbidities is considered to be of low quality.

Microsuction of blastocoelic fluid before vitrification increased survival and pregnancy of mouse expanded blastocysts, but pretreatment with the cytoskeletal stabilizer did not increase blastocyst survival.
TL;DR: A rapid thermal change of CPS and effective reduction of blastocoelic fluid by microsuction may facilitate vitrification and reduce ice crystal damage for blastocyst and expanded blastocysts.

Schedule to inject in vitro matured oocytes may increase pregnancy after intracytoplasmic sperm injection
TL;DR: A schedule to inject IVM oocytes in ICSI cycles may generate more accessible embryos for fresh transfer or cryopreservation to increase the chance of pregnancy, although the embryo quality was relatively poor.
