Antioxidant Activity of Oat Proteins Derived Peptides in Stressed Hepatic HepG2 Cells.
TL;DR: The purpose of this study was to determine, for the first time, antioxidant activities of seven peptides derived from hydrolysis of oat proteins in a cellular model and found that P2 had the highest radical scavenging activity and was the most protective against 2,2′-azobis(2-methylpropionamidine) dihydrochloride -induced oxidative stress.
