Molecular Cloning and Characterization of Carnation EBF1 Gene During Flower Senescence and upon Ethylene Exposure and Sugar
TL;DR: Results of Northern blot indicated DCEBF1 expression was enhanced by endogenous and exogenous ethylene, and was inhibited by STS in petals and ovaries and upon wounding treatment, DCE BF1 showed a quick increase in mRNA accumulation which was positively correlated with the increase in ethylene production.

Study on Agrobacterium-mediated transformation of pepper with Barnase and Cre gene.
TL;DR: The transgenic plants with Barnase gene grew well with normal appearance of flower, but they showed different fertility from complete sterility, partial sterility to complete fertility, and similar results were obtained from in vitro pollen germination experiments.

Plant Regeneration by Callus-Mediated Protocorm-Like Body Induction of Anthurium andraeanum Hort.
TL;DR: An efficient micropropagation method was established for indirect PLB formation and plant regeneration from leaf and petiole of A. andraeanum to establish a foundation for mass production and transformation.
