A method for modeling the damage behavior of concrete with a three-phase mesostructure
Yi Xu,Shenghong Chen +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a method for modeling the damage behavior of concrete with a three-phase mesostructure consisting of coarse aggregates, homogeneous mortar matrix and the Interfacial Transition Zone (ITZ), is presented.

Modeling the three-dimensional unsaturated water transport in concrete at the mesoscale
TL;DR: In this paper, a three-dimensional (3D) unsaturated transport in concrete under capillary suction, hydraulic pressure and gravity force is simulated by the finite element method (FEM).
63
Computational homogenization of effective permeability in three-phase mesoscale concrete
Xinxin Li,Yi Xu,Shenghong Chen +2 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the effects of the mesostructural parameters (i.e., the shape, gradation and volume fraction of aggregates and the thickness and permeability of ITZ) on concrete permeability are comprehensively investigated.

Experimental study on fatigue damage of self-compacting concrete of CRTS III slab track
Yi Xu,Qing-Yuan Xu +1 more
TL;DR: In this article , the S-N curve of self-compact concrete (SCC) is obtained and shows that the fatigue life of SCC decreases with the increase of the maximum stress level, and the proportion of elastic modulus degradation increases and decreases in the first and third stages.
