TL;DR: To determine correlations of molecular alterations with clinical outcomes in this case, the expressions of Ki-67, MMP-9, MGMT, VEGF, Ras, and p-AKT were examined using biopsies before and after recurrence.

Influence of Deformation Rate on Nucleation and Growth of Recrystallized Grains during Hot Deformation of Nickel-Based Powder Superalloys
TL;DR: In this article , the relationship between grain boundary characteristics and nucleation mechanism of recrystallized grains, growth characteristics of core and related dynamic softening mechanisms was studied, according to the correlation and evolution law of grains, combined with the change trend of grain orientation during the deformation process.

TL;DR: It is found that preoperative plasma IGFBP-2 levels are significantly higher in high-grade glioma patients than in low- grade gliomas patients and healthy subjects, and are significantly correlated with recurrence and DFS in patients with GBM.
