TL;DR: Five alkaloids (oleraceins A, B, C, D and E) were isolated from Portulaca oleracea L., and their structures determined by spectroscopic methods as 5-hydroxy-1-p-coumaric acyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-indole-2-carboxylic acid-6-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside, 5- hydroxy-1

The antidepressant effect of ethanol extract of radix puerariae in mice exposed to cerebral ischemia reperfusion.
TL;DR: The data suggested that the disturbance of NE and DA systems in hippocampus and striatum played more important roles in the development of depressive-like behavior of CIR mice than 5-HT system did, and RP extract ameliorated the abnormal symptoms caused by CIR, which may throw new lights on the treatment of poststroke depression.

One new benzyldihydrophenanthrene from Arundina graminifolia
TL;DR: The structure of 1 has been elucidated as 7-hydroxy-1-(p-Hydroxybenzyl)-2,4-dimethoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene on the basis of physical and chemical evidence and spectral analysis.

Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis of 24 Components in Jinlianhua Decoction by UPLC–MS/MS
Ming-Yue Fang,Shuangyue Liu,Qingqing Wang,Xuan Gu,Pengmin Ding,Weihua Wang,Yi Ding,Junxiu Liu,Ru-Feng Wang +8 more
TL;DR: This study provides a useful combinational method for analyzing the major pharmacodynamic substances of JD and lays a foundation for the quality control research of the decoction.
Determination of polysaccharide in radix pseudostellariae extract by size-exclusion high-performance liquid chromatography
TL;DR: In this paper, a simple size-exclusion high-performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for rapid molecular mass screening to determine the average molecular mass, polydispersity, and quantity of Taizishen polysaccharides extract.
