Myopia Prevention and Outdoor Light Intensity in a School-Based Cluster Randomized Trial
Pei-Chang Wu,C.‐C. Chen,Ken-Kuo Lin,Chi-Chin Sun,C.–L. Kuo,Hsiu-Mei Huang,Yi-Chieh Poon,Meng-Ling Yang,Chau-Yin Chen,Jou-Chen Huang,Pei-Chen Wu,I-Hui Yang,Hun-Ju Yu,Po-Chiung Fang,Chia-Ling Tsai,Shu Ti Chiou,Shu Ti Chiou,Yi-Hsin Yang +17 more
TL;DR: The school-based outdoor promotion program effectively reduced the myopia change in both nonmyopic and myopic children, and outdoor activities with strong sunlight exposure may not be necessary for myopia prevention.

Macular Diagnostic Ability in OCT for Assessing Glaucoma in High Myopia.
Kuo-Chi Hung,Pei-Chang Wu,Yi-Chieh Poon,Hsueh-Wen Chang,Ing-Chou Lai,Jen-Chia Tsai,Pei-Wen Lin,Mei-Ching Teng +7 more
TL;DR: Both SD-O CT and TD-OCT measurements of outer inferior macular thickness and volume can differentiate between eyes of glaucoma patients and glAUcoma suspects with high myopia.

Intraocular retinal thickness asymmetry in early stage of primary open angle glaucoma and normal tension glaucoma
TL;DR: Intraocular retinal thickness asymmetry in pRNFL, TML and mGCL are found in early stage of NTG, which is also found in POAG eyes and the thickness difference of TML between superior and inferior hemispheres showed the highest diagnostic capability for early NTG eyes.

Diagnostic capability of peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer parameters in time-domain versus spectral-domain optical coherence tomography for assessing glaucoma in high myopia.
Mei-Ching Teng,Yi-Chieh Poon,Kuo-Chi Hung,Hsueh-Wen Chang,Ing-Chou Lai,Jen-Chia Tsai,Pei-Wen Lin,Chien-Yun Wu,C.‐C. Chen,Pei-Chang Wu +9 more
TL;DR: The best p-RNFL parameters for diagnosing glaucoma in patients with high myopia were the temporal-inferior sector on Spectralis OCT and the 7-o'clock sector on Stratus OCT.

Retinal Thickness Asymmetry in Highly Myopic Eyes with Early Stage of Normal-Tension Glaucoma.
TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the retinal thickness asymmetry parameters of circumpapillary retinal nerve fiber layer and macular layers measured by spectral-domain optical coherence tomography in highly myopic (HM) patients with an early stage of normal-tension glaucoma (NTG).
