The narrow-specialization approach that dominates academic medicine today does not contribute to the development of a health preservation strategy. Treatment "according to the scheme" practically ignores the individual characteristics of each organism with its momentary states. The success of the fight for people's health is largely determined by the degree of development and implementation of an effective strategy for diagnosis, correction and continuous monitoring of the quality of life of a specific person.

Purpose: of the article is to substantiate the effectiveness of the use of innovative quantum technologies in the system of providing correctional and rehabilitation services to persons with functional disorders of the psycho-physical state (post-acute syndrome, protection against electromagnetic radiation, bacterial and viral forms).

Material & Methods: The implementation of the research became possible due to the use of the hardware and software complex "Vim Vitae", which included an electronic device for receiving and transmitting electrical bio-potentials; electronic module for converting electromagnetic vibrations; a special computer program for a smartphone, personal computer (PC), laptop, tablet, etc.; servers with algorithms for automatic processing of personalized data, databases of electronic markers, recommendations, etc.

The work also used the results of a survey of the center's clients. The individual questionnaire (98 questions) included information about the reasons for contacting the Center, subjective self-assessment of the quality of life, and also contained data about the functional capabilities of individual body systems, about the diet, daily movement patterns, and psycho-emotional state.

Results: Innovative technologies and informatics-metric methods of diagnosis and correction of a person's psycho-physical state allow not only to quickly and accurately identify the causes of functional changes in the body, but can also become a convenient and effective means of control/self-monitoring of health, remote monitoring, and health protection from electromagnetic radiation, bacterial and viral forms.

Conclusions: According to the key provisions of the "WHO Strategy in the Field of Traditional Medicine 2014-2023," the results of our research prove the effectiveness of using hardware complexes "ARC", "АRK.exe", "VV". Innovative technologies using the mentioned hardware complexes can be recommended as an independent method of early (pre-clinical) detection of psycho-physical state disorders, organization of correctional rehabilitation activities, and/or in combination with other methods of therapy for functional disorders of organs and systems in order to provide modern multi-functional assistance to individuals, as well as an individual remote means of monitoring (self-monitoring) the state of health, when the generally accepted in medical practice means of therapy have shown their inefficiency.

Impact of using the principle of spectral-dynamic analysis of the intensity of the electret field of the "Vim Vitae" electronic complex on a living organism

The purpose of our research is to show the main ways of organizing of logoneurosis treatment, to determine the aspects of physical rehabilitation. Research methods. The research methods were the method of observation and the empirical study of patients. The place of organizing the empirical stage of our research was the psychiatric hospital No. 1 in Kyiv, December 2022 – February 2023. With the help of clinical, pathopsychological and anamnestic methods were diagnosed 86 children in the age 3–12 years old (the average age is 8 ± 0,5 years old) with logoneurosis in anamnesis. The results of the research. Spontaneous speech (involuntary, independent) is the most difficult for those who stutter, because it assumes a natural and quite active process of communication of the child with others: questions, requests, appeals, messages, exchange of ideas, expressions of wishes, etc. Thus, the process of free independent speech in children who stutter is brought up in language classes in the following sequence: joint-reflective speech; respectively – interrogative form of speech; retelling or story; spontaneous speech. Conclusions. Taking into account all the listed forms of speech, speech exercises are built by a Speech Therapist in the following sequence: memorized text; the text that the patient worked out aloud; a thought-out text; unfamiliar text, impromptu. Therefore, the difficulties in the speech of those ones who stutter increase depending on whether the child pronounces individual sounds, words or phrases. In the latter case, stumbling blocks are most common. Moreover, there are too many of them in a complex phrase than in a simple one, and in sentences, which are connected by meaning (retelling, story), and they there are more than in separate ones.

The ways of organizing of logoneurosis treatment: the aspect of physical rehabilitation

It was shown, that empirical studies also testified to the significant role of personal characteristics in terms of the development of professional creativity. A personal approach to the study of professional creativity is characterized by special attention to emotional and motivational characteristics that are included into the structure of professional creativity. Regarding personal characteristics that are related to professional creativity, the results of various theoretical and empirical studies are similar. Scientists have singled out some personal traits (self-confidence, aggressiveness, self-satisfaction, non-recognition of social restrictions and the opinions of others), that distinguish creative individuals from non-creative ones. According to some psychologists, this testifies to the existence of a general type of creative personality in contrast to the type of non-creative subject. Interestingly, studies, conducted with children and youth indicate that the personality traits of young children and young men and women, if they are all creative, coincide. The latter allows us to assert that creativity is formed at a fairly early age based on the manifestations of the subjects’ personal characteristics. Scientists have also proven that if a certain personality is considered a creative one from an early age, then with a high degree of probability it can be said that he/she will have high indicators of professional creativity in the future (provided that he/she was chosen a profession that is appropriate for his/her personal characteristics).
The data having been obtained by us allowed us to draw the following conclusions. First of all, we’ve emphasize the dependence of the level of intelligence on a certain type of profession. Secondly, high indicators of intelligence were diagnosed not only among respondents of mental activity, but also of individuals, who provide physical labor. Thirdly, the level of general intelligence of the respondents was higher, the more difficult the profession of the given person turned out to be. Fourthly, training for various professions is almost equally dependent on the level of general intelligence. And, fifthly, a high level of general intelligence presupposes the achievement of high success by specialists not only in professional activities, but also in education.

Professional creativity of combatants after participating in war events on the territory of ukraine: the applied research

The study of anxiety among the military is the most urgent problem of today. Military personnel bear a huge responsibility, their work is associated with significant danger to life, physical and mental overload. Prolonged exposure to such conditions can lead to an increase in anxiety. High levels of anxiety have a negative impact on the nature of their work and the performance of their duties. That is why the purpose of this article is to review the latest research on anxiety among Ukrainian military personnel. The following research methods were used: analysis, synthesis, comparison, systematization and generalization of psychological data on the research problem. The analysis allowed us to draw the following conclusions. Before the full-scale invasion in 2022, anxiety among the military was average, with no significant differences depending on the experience and time of involvement in the JFO. After the aggression in 2022, anxiety increased, exceeding the level during the COVID-19 pandemic. Male servicemen generally have lower levels of anxiety compared to female servicemen. The number of children of military personnel is negatively correlated with anxiety – the more children military personnel have, the less anxious the military personnel are. Volunteers in the territorial defense forces and those in the reserve had lower levels of anxiety compared to regular army personnel, even though they all participated in combat. Servicemen who are preparing to be deployed to a combat zone demonstrate an average level of situational anxiety. For servicemen who have been in combat for a long time, situational anxiety can develop into personal anxiety. Anxiety complicates the process of military rehabilitation, affects the emotional sphere and disrupts behavioral regulation. In some cases, it can lead to suicidal behavior. 

Peculiarities of anxiety among Ukrainian military personnel

The purpose of the research was to describe, based on applied psycholinguistic researches, the psycholinguistic meaning of the verbalized concept of WAR in the context of professional psychological assistance to civilians and military personnel in the USA and in Ukraine, to show psycholinguistic model of transformation of military identity under the influence of the peculiarities of the use of the concept WAR in Ukrainian and English languages. Methods. At the experimental stage of the research, we used the Methodology “The post-traumatic stress disorder method “PSD–5”. psycholinguistic meaning of the verbalized concept of WAR in the context of professional psychological assistance to civilians and military personnel in the USA and in Ukraine we used: (1) corpus analysis of concept of WAR and its subconcepts. The sample size was 38289 items; (2) content-analysis of the speeches of J. Biden with chosen concepts. In total 51284 contexts have been analysed; (3) semantic network analysis. Results. We showed, that military identity of Ukrainian youth is largely determined by the concepts TRUE UKRAINIAN and DEFENDER, and they partially overlap, but in terms of age our respondents associate themselves more with TRUE UKRAINIAN and less with DEFENDER. A TRUE UKRAINIAN knows well geopolitical realities, the political situation, which is in Ukraine nowadays. Also, a TRUE UKRAINIAN is ready to provide historical and strategic framing, military support. This person is projecting global consequences, is erasing Ukraine’s independence, highlighting regional and global risks. A DEFENDER protects the peace, defends Ukraine, fights back, forces the enemy, does not lose vigilance, reacts with aimed fire, responds successfully, stands in defense of peace and tranquility, repels the attack. A DEFENDER describes a WAR CONFLICT as a conflict between different people in a paradigm of humanity. A DEFENDER really understands a duty to prevent future violence, to defend every inch of NATO. Conclusions. The concept WAR in the consciousness of modern Ukrainian youth explains psycholinguistic model of transformation of military identity under the influence of the peculiarities of the use of the concept “WAR” in Ukrainian and English languages. The concept WAR has four main subconcepts; WAR CONFLICT, ENEMY, DEFENDER and TRUE UKRAINIAN. The core of the subconcept WAR CONFLICT includes the cognitive features transmitted by components “Military aggression”, “Invasion”, “Tragedy”, “Death”. The subconcept ENEMY includes only one, main core, which has these components: “Terrorists”, “Dictators”, “Aggression”, “Enemies of peace”, “Moral dichotomy”. The subconcept DEFENDER has a double core. The basic core includes components “Deep, deep pain”, “Assertion of leadership”. The subconcept TRUE UKRAINIAN is a rather significant concept in the war discourse of Ukrainian youth, but it is somehow isolated from the rest of subconcepts. The core of this subconcept consists of the components “Military Support”, “Geopolitical realities” and “Erase Ukraine’s independence”. 

Psycholinguistic Model of Transformation of Military Identity Under the Influence of the Peculiarities of the Use of the Concept “WAR” in Ukrainian and English Languages

The purpose of our research is to develop the problem of stuttering in the psychological aspect to reveal its genesis, to understand the behavior of people who stutter in the process of communication, to identify their individual psycho-logical characteristics.research methods. The research methods were the method of observation and the empirical study of patients. The place of organizing the empirical stage of our research was the psychiatric hospital No 1 in Kyiv. With the help of clinical, pathopsychological and anamnestic methods 86 children at the age 3­12 years old (the average age is 8 ± 0.5 years old) with logoneurosis in anamnesis were diagnosed.the results of the research. The pathogenesis of stuttering is studied and those who stuttered are noted to have various autonomic changes. 84% of peo-ple who stuttered are considered to have autonomic dystonia. Among 98% of people who suffered from logoneurosis, 20% had a high intracranial pressure and extrapyramidal disorders. It is studied that those people who stuttered were born with vasoneurotics. It was quite objectively showed a change in the neu-rovegetative response in those ones who stuttered during seizures: in 100% of cases there was dilation of the pupils (mydriasis), while in a case of people who spoke correctly, the width of the pupils during speech did not change or there was some narrowing (miosis).conclusions. The reasons of logoneurosis are: neuropathic burden of par-ents (nervous, infectious and somatic diseases that weaken or disrupt the func-tions of the central nervous system); neuropathic features of a stuttering person (night terrors, enuresis, irritability, emotional tension); constitutional predisposi-tion (diseases of the autonomic nervous system and increased susceptibility to higher nervous activity, its special predisposition to mental trauma); hereditary burden; brain damage in different periods of the personal development.

The Causes of Logoneurosis in Childhood

the purpose of our article is to study psychological peculiarities of the intro-ductory period of physical rehabilitation of patients with ischemic stroke. research methods. There were used psychological and pedagogical research methods: the analysis of literature sources, the method of psycho-logical and pedagogical observation, psychological and pedagogical experi-ment.the results of the research. We proved that psychological objectives of the introductory period of physical rehabilitation of patients with ischemic stroke were: 1) restoration of proper breathing; 2) the formation of the psychological basis for the implementation of motor actions; 3) learning the elements of basic motor actions: the accuracy of motor tasks, maintaining a certain posture (star-ting position) in the process of doing exercises; 4) learning the basics of ideomo-tor exercises; 5) learning methods of self-control.conclusions. It was shown,when performing new exercises, patients had experienced psycho-emotional stress, which had led to signs of fatigue (even when performing only a few physical exercises). It was manifested in the form of inadequate response of the cardiovascular system to the proposed load, and changes into the psycho-emotional state of the patient (increased anxiety, loss of interest, decreased concentration, etc.). In the presence of only subjective sensa-tions of the emotional nature, when there was no inadequate response of the cardiovascular system to the proposed load, we used the method of “switching”. In a case of “switching” we asked the patient a general question in order to listen to his/her answer. This technique significantly accelerated the recovery of the person’s activity. When we observed fatigue associated with reduced levels of functionality, the patient was offered rest until complete recovery of a cardio-vascular system.

Psychological Peculiarities of the Introductory Period of Physical Rehabilitation of Patients with Ischemic Stroke

The purpose of this article is to present psychological study of the func-tional state of the patient.methods of the research. The following theoretical methods of the research were used to solve the tasks formulated in the article: a categorical method, structural and functional methods, the methods of the analysis, systematization, modeling, generalization. The method of organizing an empirical research was used as an experimental method.the results of the research. The results show, that there are four primary clusters. They consist of one basic variable, with the help of which we identify them. These clusters characterize the current state of patients with ischemic stroke at the time of the start of rehabilitation measures. The interaction of “Factor of deviation from the autogenous norm, pathology of the somatic state” and “Factor of instability of health and well­being” make up the first and se­cond primary clusters, which are dominant. “Anxiety Factor” and “The Factor of passi vity, physical limitation of activity” form the third and the fourth primary clusters.conclusions. Such interaction of the studied variables indicates the pre­sence of psychological discomfort or a state of a physiological discomfort. It is a source of anxiety. In the first place, in order of significance, the restoration of lost motor functions appears in a case of such patients, when the patient feels only a certain anxiety from the view of his/her psycho­physiological state, without giving himself/herself an account of the reason for the presence of anxiety. The limits of psychological capabilities of patients are significantly narrowed – this is evidenced by the value of the interaction of the indicator “Factor of deviation from the autogenous norm, pathology of the somatic state” and “Anxiety Fac-tor”. These indicators are quite low, although their rehabilitation potential is of-ten high (forecast by a specialist neurologist). Such patients are not fully oriented to the process of physical rehabilitation, they have no or rather low motivation to engage in physical exercises. This should also be taken into account when planning and implementing rehabilitation measures, which we have done in the formative experiment

The purpose of the research is to show psychological peculiarities of exami-nation of children with a diagnosis of “logoneurosis”, complicated with disorders of sensory sphere and disorders of perceptions.research methods. The research methods were the method of observa-tion and the empirical study of patients. The place of organizing the empirical stage of our research was the psychiatric hospital 1 in Kyiv. With the help of clini-cal, pathopsychological and anamnestic methods 86 children in the age of 3­12 years old (the average age is 8 ± 0.5 years old) with logoneurosis in anamnesis were diagnosed. the results of the research. We proved, that adverse conditions, which fa-cilitate logoneurosis, are: physically weakened children; age features of brain activity; accelerated development of speech (3­4 years old), when the child’s communicative, cognitive and regulatory functions are developed rapidly un-der the influence of communication with adults; hidden mental imbalance of a child, increased reactivity as a result of not quite normal relationships with others; a conflict between the peculiarities of the environment and the degree of its awareness; lack of positive emotional contacts between adults and children; insufficient development of motility, sense of rhythm, facial expressions and ar-ticulatory movements; disorders of sensory sphere of the person and disorders of perceptions.conclusions. The ability of a child with logoneurosis to present speech free-ly depends not only on varying degrees of independence, but also on his/her readiness. So, the speech therapist should trace the features of the appearance of speech spasms depending on whether the child utters a complex or simple phrases, individual words or sounds. On the material of retelling the texts, it is recorded in which cases speech convulsions take a place: only at the beginning of the story, at the beginning of phrases, by use of individual words or sounds. It is being investigated whether speech convulsions do not depend on the level of speech volume. For this purpose, the examinee is asked to speak quietly, loudly, in a whisper.

the purpose of the research is: to study the characteristics of disorders of psychomotor function and psycho-emotional state of patients with ischemic stroke according to the initial examination; to develop a method of physical re-habilitation of patients with ischemic stroke at the inpatient stage of rehabilita-tion, depending on the severity of psychomotor functions and features of the psycho-emotional state; to outline psychological essence of biomechanical laws which direct the disorders of the psychomotor function of a personality.research methods. There were used the following psychological and peda-gogical research methods: the analysis of literature sources, the method of psy-chological and pedagogical observation, psychological and pedagogical experi-ment.the results of the research. The methods of functional biomanagement with external feedback are proved to be fundamentally new and promising in physical rehabilitation, having been used with the aim of training physiological or retraining pathologically impaired functions. The empirical data is shown to be obtained corresponding to the goals and tasks of the movement restoration system in the case of various diseases and brain injuries. The strongest stimula-tor of movement is proved to be so called kinesthetic sense, to reproduce con-sciously performed movements. Kinesthetic sense is a mean that is a necessary prerequisite for the rehabilitation of patients with ischemic stroke. conclusions. The psychological essence of biomechanical laws is defined in relation to the disorders of the psychomotor function of a person: 1) the rule of redistribution of functions of the affected limb; 2) the rule of functional copying of another person’s movements; 3) the rule of ensuring the optimum in psycho-motor activity.
