An unprecedented rhodamine-based fluorescent and colorimetric chemosensor for Fe3+ in aqueous media
TL;DR: In this paper, a rhodamine-based chemosensor was designed and synthesized, which exhibited remarkable fluorescent and colorimetric response toward Fe3+ in aqueous media with high selectivity and sensitivity, and no significant response toward other metal ions such as Hg2+, Ag+, Pb2+, Sr2+, Ba2+, Cd2+, Ni2+, Co2+, Fe2+, Mn2+, Cu2+, Zn2+, etc.

A new chemosensing ensemble for fluorescent recognition of pyrophosphate in water at physiological pH
TL;DR: A novel chemosensing ensemble that exhibits sensitive and selective recognitions of pyrophosphate in 100% aqueous solution at physiological pH has been developed.

A New Dual Chromo- and Fluorogenic Chemosensor for Fe3+ in Aqueous Solution
Lijun Tang,Ye Li,Jianhua Qian +2 more
TL;DR: In this article, a new rhodamine-based chemosensor has been developed, which shows a reversible dual fluorogenic and chromo-response to Fe3+ in MeOH-HEPES buffer (10 mM, pH 7.4) (3:1 v/v).
