MEK Inhibitor Augments Antitumor Activity of B7-H3-Redirected Bispecific Antibody.
Hongjian Li,Cheng Huang,Zongliang Zhang,Yunyu Feng,Zeng Wang,Xin Tang,Kunhong Zhong,Yating Hu,Gang Guo,Liangxue Zhou,Wenhao Guo,Jianguo Xu,Hui Yang,Aiping Tong +13 more
TL;DR: While trametinib treatment alone affected tumor growth, the combined therapy increased T cell infiltration and significantly suppressed tumor growth and suggested that combination therapy with B7-H3 × CD3 BiAb and MEK inhibitor may serve as a new therapeutic strategy for the treatment of NSCLC and BC.
Zika virus NS5 protein inhibits cell growth and invasion of glioma
Hongjian Li,Yating Hu,Jianhan Huang,Yunyu Feng,Zongliang Zhang,Kunhong Zhong,Yuyuan Chen,Zeng Wang,Cheng Huang,Hui Yang,Aiping Tong +10 more
TL;DR: The tumor suppressor function of four nonstructural proteins NS1, NS3, NS4B and NS5 in human glioma cell line U87 was examined and it was found that only NS5 significantly inhibited proliferation, migration and invasion of U87 cells.
