Synthesis, Microstructure, and Cathodoluminescence of 0001 -Oriented GaN Nanorods Grown on Conductive Graphite Substrate
Fang Yuan,Baodan Liu,Zaien Wang,Bing Yang,Yao Yin,Benjamin Dierre,Takashi Sekiguchi,Guifeng Zhang,Xin Jiang +8 more
TL;DR: The results from HRTEM analysis indicate that the GaN nanorods are well-crystallized and exhibit a preferential orientation along the [0001] direction with Ga(3+)-terminated and N(3-) as side facets, finally leading to the corrugated morphology surface.

Ultraviolet electroluminescence from Au-ZnO nanowire Schottky type light-emitting diodes
Fan Gao,Fan Gao,Fan Gao,Dakuan Zhang,Jianyu Wang,Huabin Sun,Yao Yin,Yun Sheng,Shancheng Yan,Bo Yan,Chenghua Sui,Youdou Zheng,Yi Shi,Jianlin Liu +13 more
TL;DR: In this article, the Schottky junctions formed between Au and the top ends of ZnO nanowire arrays are used to detect ultraviolet electroluminescence.

Reducing contact resistance in ferroelectric organic transistors by buffering the semiconductor/dielectric interface
Huabin Sun,Yao Yin,Qijing Wang,Qian Jun,Yu Wang,Kazuhito Tsukagoshi,Xizhang Wang,Zheng Hu,Lijia Pan,Youdou Zheng,Yi Shi,Yun Li +11 more
TL;DR: In this paper, an ultrathin poly(methyl methacrylate) layer was inserted between the ferroelectric polymer and organic semiconductor layers, which significantly reduced the contact resistance.

Surface-roughness-assisted formation of large-scale vertically aligned CdS nanorod arrays via solvothermal method
Minmin Zhou,Shancheng Yan,Shancheng Yan,Yi Shi,Meng Yang,Huabin Sun,Jianyu Wang,Yao Yin,Fan Gao +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, a universal method of liquid phase epitaxy of 1D material on a wide range of substrates of any shape was presented, and the growth mechanism of solvothermal reaction was proposed on the basis of all the characterizations.
