TL;DR: It is reported that RSK2 phosphorylates caspase-8, and Thr-263 was identified as a novel casp enzyme-8 phosphorylation site, and it is shown that EGF induces caspases-8 ubiquitination and degradation through the proteasome pathway, andosphorylation of Thr- 263 is associated with caspasing-8 stability.

TL;DR: The changes in metabolic profiles of humans and rodents under long-term Cd exposure from the perspective of metabolomics are focused on and the relationship between the disturbance of metabolic pathways and the toxic mechanism of Cd is discussed to facilitate the development of reliable metabolic biomarkers for early detection and diagnosis of C d-related diseases.
