Fresnel zone-plate based X-ray microscopy in Zernike phase contrast with sub-50 nm resolution at NSRL
Jie Chen,Wenjie Li,Yijin Liu,Zhengbo Yue,Jinping Tian,Longhua Liu,Ying Xiong,Gang Liu,Chunru Wang,Ziyu Wu,Han-Qing Yu,Yangchao Tian +11 more
- 01 Sep 2009
TL;DR: In this paper, a transmission X-ray microscope using Fresnel zone-plates (FZPs) has been installed at U7A beamline of National Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory (NSRL).

Controllable long focal length microlens based on thermal expansion
TL;DR: A novel method to fabricate a microlens array with a long focal length based on the fabricating and heating of a microLens consisting of two materials with a great difference in coefficient of thermal expansion is developed.

Fabrication of high aspect ratio gratings for X-ray imaging
Shuangyue Hou,Ying Xiong,Shan Chen,Penghui Xiong,Xiangyu Chen,Xiaobo Zhang,Yangchao Tian,Gang Liu +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a series of gratings with different periods and different duty cycles are designed by optimizing the linewidth and exposure dose, and the gratings are successfully fabricated by combining UV lithography and electroplating.

Generalized reverse projection method for grating-based phase tomography.
TL;DR: A generalized reverse projection method is presented analytically for the case of non-uniform reference in grating-based phase tomography and it is believed that the method would be used widely in fast and dose-constrained imaging.

Analysis of impact of sintering temperature on microstructure of LSCF-SDC composite cathodes using nano-CT
Yong Guan,Xin Pan,Gang Liu,Zhiting Liang,Shan Chen,Xiaobo Zhang,Ying Xiong,Yangchao Tian,Changrong Xia +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, nano-computed tomography (nano-CT) was used to image the 3D microstructures of LSFC-SDC composite cathodes submitted to different temperatures, such as volume fraction of each phase, connected volume fraction, surface area, triple phase boundary length, and pore size were measured.
