The invention discloses a carburization process of a G20Cr2Ni4 steel bearing ring, and relates to the technical field of carburization. The carburization process is characterized by comprising the following process steps of a step 1 of carburization: first raising the temperature of a carburizing furnace to 550 DEG C to 650 DEG C, putting the G20Cr2Ni4 steel bearing ring and a sample piece made ofa same material into the carburizing furnace, raising the temperature of the carburizing furnace to 940 DEG C to 970 DEG C, setting carbon potential Cp=0.8% to 1.3% to perform the carburization, andgoing to a next step after the sample piece is qualified in carburization inspection; a step 2 of salt-bath quenching: putting the G20Cr2Ni4 steel bearing ring treated in the step 1 into mixed liquor,which is at a temperature of 235+/-10 DEG C, of NaNO2 and KNO3, and performing heat preservation for 0.3h to 2h, wherein the weight ratio of the NaNO2 to the KNO3 is (0.45 to 0.5):(0.55 to 0.5); anda step 3 of medium-temperature tempering: putting the G20Cr2Ni4 steel bearing ring treated in the step 2 into a pit furnace to temper for a tempering time of 24h to 36h at a tempering temperature of 340 DEG C to 400 DEG C. By using the carburization process, the problems that an existing process is high in energy consumption and the oxidative decarburization phenomenon on the surface of a workpiece is serious are effectively solved.

The invention provides a carburizing method for obtaining high-toughness multiphase structures on a surface layer of carburizing steel and an application, and relates to the field of the carburizing method for forming the high-toughness multiphase structures on the surface layer of the carburizing steel. The method aims to solve the technical problem that the anti-fatigue performance is poor due to poor toughness of a permeating layer obtained by an existing carburizing method. The method comprises the following steps of 1, selecting heterogeneous metal elements; 2, performing co-permeation treatment; 3, performing quenching treatment; and 4, performing tempering treatment. The carburizing steel prepared by the carburizing method with the high-toughness multiphase structures on the surfacelayer is used as a main material to be applied to a transmission part, wherein the transmission part comprises a gear or a bearing. The permeating layer obtained by the method is composed of high-strength granular carbides, and lath martensite multiphases with both strength and toughness, so that the wear resistance and the anti-fatigue performance of a carburizing steel part can be improved. Themethod is used for obtaining the high-toughness multiphase structures on the surface layer of the carburizing steel.
