The invention belongs to the technical field of 3D printing additive manufacturing of metal materials, and discloses a method for inhibiting the formation of an acicular martensite phase in a TC4 alloy structure formed by 3D printing. TC4 powder is subjected to laser melting deposition forming on a TC4 alloy plate substrate to obtain a TC4 titanium alloy material with a shape which meets requirements; and a wire cutting technology is utilized to separate the TC4 titanium alloy material from the substrate to obtain a TC4 alloy material with plastic toughness which meets the requirements of using. According to the method, the problem that an alpha' martensite structure is prone to being obtained during the laser melting deposition forming of the TC4 titanium alloy, and consequently the plastic toughness of the material is poor is mainly solved. The obtained TC4 alloy has a room temperature tensile strength greater than 1000 MPa, the yield strength is no less than 950 MPa, the percentageelongation after fracture exceeds 10%, excellent plasticity is achieved while the strength requirement is ensured, the requirements of industrial applications are met, the rapid manufacturing cost islowered, and the production efficiency is improved.

The invention provides a titanium alloy workpiece with uniform transverse and longitudinal performance and a preparation method thereof. The method includes the steps that in the melting molding process of a laser selected region, at least part of martensite of the titanium alloy workpiece is converted into an alpha phase and/or a beta phase so as to prepare the titanium alloy workpiece; and the titanium alloy workpiece is subjected to homogenization treatment through heat treatment so as to further improve the transverse and longitudinal consistency. According to the technical scheme, the titanium alloy workpiece with uniform transverse and longitudinal performance can be obtained, and the strength in the transverse direction and in the longitudinal strength and the elongation differenceof the workpiece are within 5% and are relatively consistent.

The invention discloses a fine grain TC4 alloy additive manufacturing method. The method includes: designing a micro-truss-structure TC4 alloy part, and using the selective electron beam melting (SEBM) technology to prepare a TC4 part until the whole three-dimensional part is manufactured. The method has the advantages that by controlling the energy density of the SEBM forming process, formation and decomposition of the block phase in the micro-truss-structure TC4 alloy structure are promoted, the fine alpha+beta structure is obtained, and the mechanical performance of alloy is improved.
