The invention discloses a shortwave multiuser communication method and system based on the wideband multichannel receiving technology. The method comprises the following steps: an initiator selects link establishment call frequency within a shortwave band and initiates a link establishment call, and a receiver sends responses on different response frequency at the same time; the initiator receivesand judges whether the response signals satisfy a link establishment condition; the initiator decides the communication receiving and transmitting frequency of the present service and issues the sameto all receivers; after the communication link is established, the initiator divides data into several data frames, and selects the frequency to send the current to-be-sent data frame; the receiver judges whether the data frame is correct and sends and receives the feedback information of the data frame on different frequency at the same time; and the initiator determines whether to send the nextdata frame according to the received feedback information until all data frames of the data are sent. Compared with the traditional shortwave communication based on single transmitting and single receiving technology, the shortwave multiuser communication method and system have the advantages of greatly shortening the link establishment and the service communication time.
