The method has the advantages that a good operation environment is created, the safety of operators is effectively guaranteed, unnecessary interferences are removed, and the operation accuracy is improved; the method can be taken in any one construction stage, the stress wave sensors are arranged in two modes, and thus horizontal drilling of various depths can be effectively monitored; and by monitoring the conditions of horizontal drilling in real-time, the drilling path can be adjusted in real-time, thus the construction time can be shortened, the situation that deviation correction is needed when too large drilling deviation occurs can be avoided, and the construction cost is greatly reduced.
