The voice message of the user is used as a basis to determine the access of the intelligent device to the home network, the fact that whether the user makes the voice is the user having the home network management capability according to the voice message due to the special nature of voice messages, the intelligent device requesting for access the home network is controlled to access the home network, and the access of the intelligent device is under the control of the user having the home network management capability, so that the data security of the home network is ensured. The user is required to make voice in the preset distance space of the HCC device due to the voice message collection characteristics, and the situation that the user is in the vicinity of the HCC device to control the access of the intelligent device to the HCC device is ensured, so that the real-time performance of the access control on the intelligent device is improved.
