The invention relates to a machine tool cutter micro-feeding micrometer device and method. The device is composed of a vibrating sensor, a signal acquisition and transmitting device and a signal receiving and displaying device. The machine tool cutter micro-feeding micrometer device achieves micrometering according to the principle of detecting vibration signals generated by cutter rod vibration caused when a cutter nose of a cutter is in contact with a machined piece. The vibrating sensor converts the detected vibration signals into voltage signals, the voltage signals are amplified through a signal acquiring device and are transmitted out through a wireless transmitter module; a wireless receiving module receives the signals and restores the signals, finally vibration waveforms are output through an oscilloscope, or audio output through a 3.5 mm headset is carried out, the contact condition between the cutter nose and the machined piece is watched or monitored, and the aim of sensing and detecting the actual micro-feeding amount of the cutter is further achieved.

The amplification module for the detecting signals in the gas concentration detecting system of the transformer substation comprises a primary amplification circuit, a secondary amplification circuit and an amplification signal output line, wherein the primary amplification circuit comprises a first amplifier; the secondary amplification circuit comprises a second amplifier, a second adjustable resistor, a third resistor, a fourth resistor and a seventh capacitor; two ends of the seventh capacitor are respectively connected with an output end of the first amplifier and a non-inverting input end of the second amplifier; two ends of the second adjustable resistor are respectively connected with an inverting input end and an output end of the second amplifier; one end of the third resistor is connected to a line between the inverting input end of the second amplifier and the second adjustable resistor; the other end of the third resistor is grounded; and two ends of the fourth resistor are respectively connected with the output end of the second amplifier and the amplification signal output line. By using the amplification module for the detecting signals in the gas concentration detecting system of the transformer substation, the detecting signals are subjected to two-stage amplification, a phenomenon that the signals are weak due to attenuation and cannot be visually displayed can be avoided, and accuracy of detection on the gas concentration detecting system of the transformer substation can be guaranteed.

Cu coatings were deposited on acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) substrates by DC magnetron sputtering with Cu target. Cr ions generated by arc evaporation were used to bombard the ABS substrates before the Cu coating process. The influences of the Cr ion bombardment on the surface topography and chemical bonds of the ABS substrates and the adhesion of the Cu coatings on the ABS substrate were studied using scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and micro-Scratch Tester as a function of bias voltage and treatment duration. The results show that the Cr ion bombardment causes Cr particles to embed in the surface. The Cr particles can interlock with the Cu coatings and ABS substrate and significantly improve the coating adhesion. In addition, the Cr particles can act as the nucleation sites of the Cu coatings and facilitate the growth of columnar crystals. Increasing the duration of Cr ion bombardment increases the number of Cr particles and, thus, enhances the adhesion. However, the continuous bombardment results in the degeneration of the ABS surface, causing the formation of the coarse columnar structure of the Cu coatings. Increasing the bias voltage can increase the energy of the Cr particles without causing degeneration of the ABS. The Cu coating deposited on the ABS substrate treated by Cr ion with high-bias voltage and short duration shows a dense and smooth growth structure. In contrast, the bombardment of the Cr ions carried out at high-bias voltage induces the formation of an interfacial layer (amorphous carbon-rich phase) in the ABS surface, which decreases the coating adhesion. It is believed that Cu coatings with strong adhesion and dense structures could be acquired on ABS substrates by optimizing the bias voltage and duration of the Cr ion bombardment pre-treatment.

Although the effects of N deposition on forest plants have been widely reported, few studies have focused on rare and endangered fern species (REFs). Information is also lacking on the effects of micro-environments on REFs. We investigated the effects of N addition (canopy and understory N addition, CAN, and UAN) and micro-environments (soil and canopy conditions) on the functional traits (growth, defense, and reproduction; 19 traits in total) of two REFs—Alsophila podophylla and Cibotium baromet—in a subtropical forest in South China. We found that, compared to controls, CAN or UAN decreased the growth traits (e.g., plant height, H) of C. baromet, increased its defense traits (e.g., leaf organic acid concentrations, OA), delayed its reproductive event (all-spore release date), and prolonged its reproductive duration. In contrast, A. podophylla showed increased growth traits (e.g., H), decreased defense traits (e.g., OA), and advanced reproductive events (e.g., the all-spore emergence date) under CAN or UAN. Meanwhile, the negative effects on the C. baromet growth traits and A. podophylla defense traits were stronger for CAN than for UAN. In addition, the soil chemical properties always explained more of the variations in the growth and reproductive traits of the two REFs than the N addition. Our study indicates that, under simulated N deposition, C. baromet increases its investment in defense, whereas A. podophylla increases its investment in growth and reproduction; this may cause an increasing A. podophylla population and decreasing C. baromet population in subtropical forests. Our study also highlights the importance of considering micro-environments and the N-addition approach when predicting N deposition impact on subtropical forest REFs.
