According to the invention, chondroitin sulfate preparation work can be efficiently carried out; enzymolysis is taken asa main method, ultrasonic vibration is adopted for assisting, the starting of the enzymolysis process is promoted; the enzyme activity in the enzymolysis process is improved; the production efficiencyof chondroitin sulfate is obviously improved; glycosidic bond breakage of the chondroitin sulfate and connected core protein on an aggregation protein sugar chain can be effectively promoted, polypeptide chains and impurity proteins generated by enzymolysis are subjected to targeted hydrolysis, the problem of protein residues in the product can be effectively solved, and the purity of the obtained finished chondroitin sulfate product is remarkably improved.
