TL;DR: In this paper, a novel ratiometric fluorescent probe PBQ-AB for real-time tracking of hydrazine was constructed from isolongifolanone, which displayed an extremely large Stokes shift of 230nm and could selectively recognize hydrazines in the presence of other competitive species within an extremely short time (approximately 40 seconds).

A novel turn-on fluorescent probe based on berberine for detecting Hg2+ and ClO− with the different fluorescence signals
TL;DR: In this article, a turn-on fluorescent probe TB for the detection of both Hg2+ and ClO− has been successfully designed and synthesized from berberine, which showed good selectivity and sensitivity to Hg 2 and Cl O− in CH3OH/PBS (7:3, v/v, pH = 74, 10mM) solution.

TL;DR: In this paper, an iso-longitolanone based hexahydroquinazoline-2-amine Schiff base Zn fluorescent probe is presented, which can only react with Zn to form a complex, and the complex emits green fluorescence under the irradiation of 365 nm ultraviolet light and can be taken as the fluorescent probe for Zn concentration detection.
