The contents of stress resistance materials free proline and soluble sugar inside rice seedlings can be obviously increased, the activity of stress tolerant enzymes POX, CAT and SOD inside the rice seedlings is improved, the seedling rate is increased by 10-21%, and the yield is increased by 8-15%.
