Haiyong Gan,Nan Xu,Jianwei Li,Ruoduan Sun,Feng Guojin,Yanfei Wang,Chong Ma,Lin Yandong,Labao Zhang,Lin Kang,Jian Chen,Peiheng Wu +11 more
- 15 Oct 2015
TL;DR: In this article, a superconducting nanowire single photon detector with advantages such as high photon counting speed (<20 MHz), low dark count rate (<50 counts per second), and wideband responsivity (UV to near infrared) is used as the trigger detector, enabling correlated photons calibration capabilities into shortwave visible range.

Wende Liu,Nan Xu,Yingwei He,Haiyong Gan,Guojin Feng,Yanfei Wang,Xiangliang Liu,Yangting Fu,Yingce Wang,Lin Yandong +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the spectral optical radiant power of a quantum cascade laser (QCL) in the (7.35-10.6) µm spectral range has been measured using a Y-shape absolute cryogenic radiometer (ACR).

A flat spectral photon flux source for single photon detector quantum efficiency calibration
Haiyong Gan,Ruoduan Sun,Nan Xu,Jianwei Li,Yanfei Wang,Guojin Feng,Chundi Zheng,Chong Ma,Lin Yandong +8 more
- 24 Aug 2015
TL;DR: In this article, a flat spectral photon flux source is proposed to facilitate the single photon detector quantum efficiency calibration in an extended wavelength range (400-800nm), where the absolute quantum efficiency at certain wavelengths (e.g. 633nm and 807nm) of the photon counter under test can be measured via correlated photons method and used to evaluate the photon statistics of the flat spectral flux source.

Field dissemination of the value of the quantity method of the spectroradiometer in visible-to-shortwave infrared
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors proposed a method to improve the quality of the data collected by the data collection system. But they did not specify how to collect the data from the data.

TL;DR: The non-linearity correction in infrared spectral radiance measurement system is studied. The interpolation method and polynomial fitting method are used to correct the non-linearity of the measurement system. The results show that the relative deviation is relatively large in wavelength range smaller than 8μm, while in 8μm~14μm wavelength range, the relative deviation is around 0.5%~0.001% and around 1.0%~0.001% by using the piecewise linear interpolation method and polynomial fitting method, respectively.
