TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed that psychological capital can affect employees' attitudes from two aspects, namely, organizational commitment and job satisfaction, based on the perspective of individual psychology, and explained the relationships between employees' psychological capital and job attitudes in hotels.

TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of job satisfaction as a mediator on the relationship between person-organization fit and turnover intention was investigated and it was shown that job satisfaction can be a predictor of turnover intention.
