Investigation of resistive switching in Cu-doped HfO2 thin film for multilevel non-volatile memory applications
Yan Wang,Qi Liu,Shibing Long,Wei Wang,Qin Wang,Manhong Zhang,Sen Zhang,Yingtao Li,Yingtao Li,Qingyun Zuo,Jianhong Yang,Ming Liu +11 more
TL;DR: This paper investigates the resistive switching characteristics in a Cu/HfO(2):Cu/Pt sandwiched structure for multilevel non-volatile memory applications and finds different resistance values are achieved using different compliance currents in the program process.

Stable Nafion-functionalized graphene dispersions for transparent conducting films.
TL;DR: It was found that for Nafion-to-graphene ratios higher than 5:1, graphene solutions with concentrations up to 1 mg ml(-1) and stabilities of over three months were obtained and it was proposed that the Nafions adsorbed onto the graphene by the hydrophobic interaction of its fluoro-backbones with the graphene layer and imparted stability by an electrosteric mechanism.

Debundling of single-walled carbon nanotubes by using natural polyelectrolytes
Yangqiao Liu,Lian Gao,Shan Zheng,Yan Wang,Jing Sun,Hisashi Kajiura,Yongming Li,Kazuhiro Noda +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, the authors used a variety of methods, including transmission electron microscopy (TEM), visible-near-infrared (vis-NIR) spectra, Raman spectra and zeta potential measurements, to characterize the NP-dispersed SWNT solutions.

A multi-step strategy for cutting and purification of single-walled carbon nanotubes
Yangqiao Liu,Lian Gao,Jing Sun,Shan Zheng,Linqin Jiang,Yan Wang,Hisashi Kajiura,Yongming Li,Kazuhiro Noda +8 more
TL;DR: In this article, a multi-step procedure was developed to cut and purify single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) from the pristine soot synthesized by catalytic chemical vapor decomposition.

Proton-based total-dose irradiation effects on Cu/HfO2:Cu/Pt ReRAM devices
TL;DR: The resistive switching properties of Cu-doped-HfO(2)-based resistive-random-access-memory (ReRAM) devices are investigated under proton-based irradiations with different high-range total doses of 1.5, 3 and 5 Giga-rad[Si].
